We cannot accept returns for any customized products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact someone on our team and we will do our best to make it right. If we make a mistake on our end and your product arrives damaged or incorrectly produced, we will replace your memorial at no charge to you. All requests must be made within 30 days of item delivery date.
